TALOS M50 fixed bollards have been designed and constructed to match TALOS M50 automatic bollards, the combined application of both versions is thus possible. The fixed bollards are to be set into a concrete foundation with a proper iron reinforcement enabling the bollards to meet the breakout resistance value as specified. Option also available with 12 amber colour signalling LED lights integrated in the rubber edge. Ideal for perimeter security in public or private areas, as well as for traffic control.

Fixed Ultra High-Security Bollard for Perimeter Protection

Designed and constructed to meet the following standards:

ASTM F2656-15 M50/P1 (C750 equivalent)
PAS 68:2013 V/16,535 lb (N3)/50 mph
IWA 14-1:2013 V/15,870 lb [N3C]/50 mph

Engineered to stop a 16,500 lb vehicle traveling at 50 mph.

Suitable for protecting access points to sensitive facilities such as military bases, embassies, financial institutions, government buildings, and other high-risk sites requiring maximum perimeter security.

Above finished grade height: 39".

Constructed from S355K2H high-strength structural steel, 3/4" wall thickness, and 10-3/4" outside diameter, treated with a cathodic electrocoating (e-coat) primer and finished with a polyester powder coat. Optional brushed AISI 304 stainless steel cover sleeve available.

Aluminum top cap with protective rubber edge (optional integrated LED lighting available).

Equipped with an approved high-intensity microprismatic retroreflective band (3" height).

Breakaway resistance: 1,475,100 ft-lbs (2,000,000 J).
